Samsung's Galaxy Tab S 10.5 AMOLED tablet now has official support pages

Samsung is really serious about tablets this year, and, after introducing quite a few models since January, it’s now getting ready to announce new models. The South Korean company scheduled a Galaxy Premiere 2014 press event for June 12 to present its new slates - and although it didn’t confirm what tablets it would announce that day, we’re expecting to see new models with AMOLED displays.

One of these upcoming AMOLED slates, the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 (SM-T800 / SM-T805) already appeared in photos, and now it even has official support pages. The websites of Samsung Spain and Samsung Venezuela are both listing the SM-T800, though, of course, for now they aren’t providing any details about it. Anyway, the fact that the tablet appears in countries from different continents likely means that Samsung is planning to release it in various markets around the world.

As previously reported, the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 (pictured above) should feature a 10.5-inch AMOLED display with 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, 3GB of RAM, and an octa-core Exynos 5420 processor. A smaller Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is also expected to be announced by Samsung
